Objective
WP8 will ensure that the VERIFY project is coordinated and managed in a timely and effective manners. It will also coordinate the project's communication and dissemination activities and exploitation of research and innovation results for sustainable impact.
WP8 will ensure that the VERIFY project is coordinated and project managed in a timely and effective manners. It will also coordinate the project's communication and dissemination activities and exploitation of research and innovation results for sustainable impact. In the VERIFY project, the management tasks are shared between two entities:
- CEA/LSCE, as VERIFY coordinator, ensures the strategic, financial and contractual management and coordinate sustainable impact activities. CEA/LSCE also staffes the Project Office to ensure the day-to-day operational project;
- ARTTIC supports the Project Office and provide the consortium with its management experience and methodes
